29 June 2026

On June 12, the Center for Research on Religion in Contemporary Society at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (Cebrap) hosted the seminar Pluralism in Everyday Life: Practices of Coexistence in Contexts of Diversity.

The seminar brought together Paula Montero, Guilherme Borges, Morgane Reina, and Vinícius do Valle to present and discuss preliminary findings from the Repairing Sociality, Safeguarding Democracy (RSSD) project. Discussions focused on everyday practices of coexistence in contexts of religious, ethnic, and social diversity and on how people build and sustain social relationships across differences in their daily lives.
